The whole spectrum

So after adding Commodore, Gameboy and BBCmicro screen modes to PXL64, I'd thought I'd try a ZX Spectrum screen mode.

This mode is closer to Teletext than other screen modes.
There is a higher 256x192 resolution and, like Teletext, the screen is split into blocks. These blocks are 8x8 pixels and each block can have up to 2 colours from the 8 colour palette.

One thing that makes this screen mode stand out is that the palette is actually 16 colours. The last 8 colours are a bright mode of the first 8. Technically it has 15 unique colours as the bright of black #000 is still #000

So each block can have 2 colours from either the normal or bright mode palettes (but not from both)
